Refund policy
All items are made-to-order and therefore are not eligible for return. In very rare or extreme cases, returns will be accepted only if the package is refused or returned to sender (in cases when children accidentally place orders without their parents knowledge). For that reason, we have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request/make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the package unopened and contents unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyer is responsible for all return fees, if any. If your return is accepted, we’ll fully refund your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery--I have had people wait months before they contacted me with issues, and by then, the slime has already outlived its freshness, so please, open your package as soon as you receive it!) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need photo/video of all defective items as well as the packaging to assess the issue, so please do not throw anything away!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are made-to-order and are therefore not eligible for return.
Exchanges
No exchanges will be accepted. However, if you receive the wrong item or are missing any pieces, please contact us immediately so we can fix the issue.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
