Shipping policy

We use USPS to ship all orders. Ground Advantage (previously First Class Mail) will be used with Priority Mail being used in some cases. Orders will typically mailed out within 5-7 business days of when your order is placed. If your address is incorrect or not updated, please contact us at kehaulanislimes@gmail.com immediately to correct it. Addresses cannot be updated once your order has shipped. Kehaulani Slimes is not responsible for addresses that are not up-to-date and we will not resend your order, you will have to reorder with the correct address or contact your nearest post office to potentially have your package rerouted. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped (obviously because there is no way for me to get the package back and I do not get refunded for shipping costs).

USPS typically takes about 5 days to deliver your order. All orders come with a tracking number, so please refer to this number to stay updated on where your package is. If it has been more than 14 business days since your order has shipped and the tracking number has not updated, please reach out to kehaulanislimes@gmail.com so we may assess the situation.

If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please refer to the following: 

“If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it:
Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check: Mailbox, Porch, Garage, Any area out of potential weather hazards, Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed;
Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail;
Check with others in your house that may have accepted it;
In rare cases, packages may show as ‘delivered’ but could take additional 24 hours.
If it has been over 24 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, to save time a service request may be sent by email [ emailus.usps.com/s/package-inquiry ] to your local Post Office™ facility for follow-up. I am unable to file to file a service request on your behalf since USPS sometimes follows up requesting personal information (such as what your home or neighborhood looks like).

Furthermore, you may also do the following:
1) ask neighbors if they accidentally received it;
2) call the closest post office and provide them with the tracking number to see where the package was delivered
3) file a claim with your local post office and/or file the proper mail theft report to your local police department.

If you live in an area where package theft is frequent, it is suggested that you get a post office box.
